Terms and Conditions for Worldwide Charters LLC (Worldwide Yacht Charter Tours)

1. Worldwide Charters LLC (Worldwide Yacht Charter Tours) reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at its discretion. 

​

2. All charters must be booked in advance, with payment received prior to the start of the charter. Payment must be made by cash, check or credit card. No refunds will be issued for any unutilized time on the yacht due to weather or other reasons beyond our control. 

​

3. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled charter start time, otherwise an additional fee may apply and full payment will still be required unless otherwise stated in writing from a representative of Worldwide Charters LLC (Worldwide Yacht Charter Tours).

4. A list of approved beverages and foods should be provided to Worldwide Charters LLC (Worldwide Yacht Charter Tours) in advance of your charter date.

5. Worldwide Charters LLC (Worldwide Yacht Charter Tours) is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items during the course of your charter; please take appropriate measures to secure all belongings while aboard the vessel. 

​

6. All passengers must adhere to safety instructions provided by crew members while aboard the vessel; failure to do so may result in termination of service without refund and/or legal action depending on the severity of non-compliance. 

​

7. Persons under 21 years of age are not allowed on board with alcoholic beverages present; violators will be asked to leave immediately with no refund given and/or possible legal action taken depending on the severity of non-compliance.  

​

8. All guests shall act in a civil manner while aboard the vessel; persons deemed disruptive, harassing, or exhibiting dangerous behavior may also face immediate termination from service without refund and/or legal action depending on severity.

 

9 . Worldwide Charters LLC (Worldwide Yacht Charter Tours) reserves all rights pertaining to determining whether it is safe for a boat trip to go ahead in accordance with local laws, regulations, and its own safety standards; if it deems conditions unsafe then a full refund will be provided as per clause 2 above when applicable but no further compensation is due.
